Streamline Learning
Streamline Learning is a process where the students whom do well academically, are taught with curricula which challenge their intellect and intelligence. Through Streamline Learning, students will optimise their ability to progress without delay. It allows them to jump several grades, provided they are able to. Conversely, when the student demonstrates learning concerns, and an inability to cope with the usual curriculum, Streamline Learning will enable these children to learn at their optimum pace, without them undergoing educational duress and unnecessary stress.
Savings in education fees is another benefit of Streamline Learning. This gain will be realized when the student does not required to go through certain grades. Our curriculum allows this flexibility of escalating the child to a different grade. When the student demonstrates their ability to advance, we do not retain them at their current level except to promote them. This same principle applies to students manifesting learning concerns, student with learning concerns will be strengthened at their level. They will also be taught non-core curriculum to invoke the curiosity to learn. At Building Blocks International, we do not leave learning, to sleep.
This unselfish lost method of teaching is seldom practiced in today’s main stream education centres and schools. The sheer numbers of students entering schools could be the main attribute to why schools seldom practise Streamline Learning. Advocated with the requirement of close monitoring on the students, most school will find Streamline Learning to be a tedious cause. This is where METIS Institution finds it a necessity in education, hence we embrace Streamline Learning.
